BR8000 Kinetic Balance Electric Adjustment Valve series

  BRUCE kinetic balance electric adjustment valve is a new-generation product distinguishing from traditional kinetic adjustment valve, a product unifying kinetic balance and electric adjustment, and a kind of audiovisual and convenient device controlling flow-rate adjustment. If this valve is applied to network, flow-rate can be directly determined according to design. Valve can automatically slice off the remaining load sell of the pipe under hydraulic effect and the flow-rate deviation caused by pressure fluctuation. The determined flow-rate keeps fixed no matter how system pressure changes. The functions of this valve make adjustment course of network flow-rate needn't to consider the mutual interferences between branch pipes and change flow-rate distribution work into audiovisual onetime operation. It has greatly reduced the amount of work of network technology, and has avoided the flow redistribution operation when shifting and running heat source toward multi-heat source network. This valve not only can remarkably improve the character of heating or cooling, avoid small temperature difference, and run with great flow, but also separately save coal and electricity by1 0 ~ 30%.

Work Principles
  Kinetic balance electric adjustment valve is a variable valve combination, namely consists of a kinetic adjustment valve set and an automatic balance valve set. As can be seen from the chart, the function of kinetic adjustment valve set is to determine flow-rate, while the function of automatic balance valve set is to keep flow eternally fixed. In regard to kinetic adjustment valve set, in the formula flow-rate , K v is flow-rate coefficient of kinetic adjustment valve end; P 2 -P 3 is the pressure difference between the two sides of kinetic adjustment valve end. The number of K v depends on jaw opening. If jaw opening is fixed, then K v is a constant. In that case, flow-rate G won't change as long as P 2 -P 3 doesn't change. But the eternally fixed P 2 -P 3 is dominated by automatic balance valve set. For instance, if the pressure difference between entrance and exit, P 2 -P 3 increases, then automatic balance valve set turns down through the effect of manometric film and spring, making P 2 -P 3 increase, thus keeping P 2 -P 3 eternally fixed. On the contrary, if P 2 -P 3 decreases, then automatic balance valve set turns up, making P 2 -P 3 decrease, thus keeping P 2 -P 3 eternally fixed.
